摘要
空间不仅仅是党建开展的背景场域和载体,也是影响党建效能的重要因素。新兴领域党建相比于传统领域而言,高流动性和离散化等特征要求其更要注重空间思维。新兴领域党建有效是指组织设置有载体、组织覆盖有形、组织功能发挥有效,实质是实现党委政府追求空间秩序与厚植执政基础的政治逻辑、市场主体追求利润与发展的资本逻辑,以及白领群体追求职业空间与宜居生活的权利逻辑等多重逻辑的动态平衡,这都需要超越新兴领域空间原有的经济属性,从政治经济社会融合发展的高度对新兴领域进行社会空间再造。“把空间带回党建”是提升新兴领域党建效能的重要视角和方法,它强调注重空间单元、空间组织和空间属性的重构。基于对W区商务楼宇党建的实证观察发现,新兴领域党建主要通过空间结构化、空间再组织化和空间社会化三种机制,推动党建单元、组织建构和党建共同体的形成,进而实现党建有形、有效、有感。
Space is not only the background field and carrier for Party building,but also an important factor affecting the effectiveness of Party building.Compared with traditional fields,the high mobility and dispersal characteristics of emerging area Party building require more attention to spatial thinking.The effectiveness of Party building in the emerging area refers to the establishment of a carrier,the visible coverage of the organization,and the effective functioning of the organization.The essence is to realize the dynamic balance of multiple logics,such as the political logic of the party committee and government pursuing spatial order and strengthening the ruling foundation,the capital logic of market subjects pursuing profit and development,and the right logic of white-collar groups pursuing career space and livable life.All these need to go beyond the original economic attributes of the emerging area space and rebuild the social space of the emerging area from the height of political,economic and social integration and development.Bringing space back to Party building is an important perspective and method to improve the effectiveness of Party building in emerging areas,which emphasizes the reconstruction of spatial units,spatial organization and spatial attributes.Based on the empirical observation of Party building in commercial buildings in W District,it is found that Party building in emerging areas mainly promotes the formation of Party building units,organization construction and Party building community through three mechanisms:spatial structuring,spatial reorganization and spatial socialization,so as to achieve tangible,effective and meaningful Party building.
