摘要
基于2013-2022年长江经济带11个省份的面板数据,构建DEA-BCC模型和DEA-Malmquist指数模型,分别对长江经济带省域的物流效率进行静态和动态趋势实证分析,并利用Tobit模型从数字技术基础设施和数字技术应用两个方面研究了数字技术对长江经济带物流效率的影响。研究结果表明:长江经济带上中下游地区的物流纯技术效率和规模效率存在显著差异,物流规模效益呈现出从下游到上游逐渐递减的趋势,其中下游地区物流规模效益均值最高,表明下游地区整体物流效益显著优于上游和中游地区;物流综合效率呈现出从下游到上游逐渐递减的波动趋势,下游地区表现最优,上游地区受地理条件限制,效率相对滞后;数字技术对物流业综合效率具有显著影响,光缆线路长度和软件业务收入的增加有助于提升物流效率。反常的是,移动电话交换机容量的增加对物流效率会产生负面影响。根据研究结果提出长江经济带应加大通信基础设施投入,推动数字技术与物流业深度融合,关注资源配置的合理性,以促进物流业综合效率提升。
The development of logistics industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is facing challenges such as long transportation distance,large cargo flow and accelerated optimization of transportation modes,and the development of digital technology in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has gradually become the key to solve the above problems,improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs.Based on the panel data of 11 provinces/cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2013 to 2022,we constructed the DEA-BCC model and DEA-Malmquist index model to conduct an empirical analysis of the static and dynamic trend of logistics efficiency of the provinces/cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt respectively.Also,we used the Tobit model to study the impact of digital technology on the logistics efficiency of the Yangtze River Econom⁃ic Belt from the aspects of digital technology infrastructure and its application.The result shows that(1)there are significant differences between pure technical efficiency and scale effi⁃ciency of logistics in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Logistics scale efficiency shows a decreasing trend from the lower reaches to the upper reaches,and the average value of logistics scale efficiency in the lower reaches is the highest,indicating that the lower reaches has significant⁃ly higher overall logistics efficiency than the upper and middle reaches.(2)The comprehensive logistics efficiency shows a fluctuating downward trend from the lower reaches to the upper reaches,with the lower reaches performing the best,and the upper reaches relatively poor due to the limitation of geographical conditions.(3)Digital technology has significant impact on the comprehensive efficiency of the logistics industry.The increase in cable line length and software business revenue helps improve logistics efficiency,however the in⁃crease in the capacity of mobile phone switches has negative impact on logistics efficiency.Therefore,we should increase the investment in co
