摘要
物流产业效率的提高对于评价地区物流产业发展水平,推进地区物流业积极平稳快速发展,进而促进国民经济整体的发展意义重大。文章基于固定规模报酬模型(CCR)和变动规模报酬模型(BCC)的DEA评价模型,对长江经济带2009-2013年物流产业效率进行评价,进一步对其总技术效率、规模效率和纯技术效率进行深入分析。最后根据分析结果和整个长江经济带物流业发展的实际情况,提出了进一步改进与优化的对策。
The improvement of logistics industry efficiency is beneficial to promoting and evaluating the regional logistics industry, thus contributing to the overall development of the national economy growth. This paper has computed such specific efficiency as total technical efficiency, scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency of the regions along the Yangtze River E- conomic Belt from 2009 to 2013 with the method of DEA. Finally, the paper has put forwards certain measures to promote the development of logistics industry, including improving the realization of the logistics development, breaking the cooperation barriers, establishing the unified standard and improving the labor resources quality level, etc.
