6S管理的目的在于改善现场管理和提升形象,最终实现高效、高收益。检验检测机构实行6S管理,其目的主要是保证安全、提高效率、提升质量,以提高管理水平。南京市食品药品监督检验院从实验环境、办公秩序、人员习惯及工作流程优化方面实施6S管理并取得成效。6S管理有助于检验检测机构履行技术支持职责,为市场监督管理服务。
The purpose of 6S management is to improve the site management and enhance the image,and finally achieve efficient and high returns.Inspection and testing institutions implement 6S management,its purpose is mainly to ensure safety,improve efficiency,improve quality,so as to improve the management level.Nanjing Food and Drug Supervision and Inspection Institute has implemented 6S management from the aspects of experimental environment,office order,personnel habits and work process optimization and achieved results.6S management helps the inspection and testing institutions to perform their technical support duties and serve for the market supervision and management.
