摘要
由物流大国阔步迈向物流强国的进程中,着力推动应用型卓越物流管理人才培养,适应经济社会高质量发展新需求,成为我国高等院校物流管理专业建设的重要任务。文章考察了国内高校物流管理专业人才培养现状,阐释了应用型卓越物流管理人才培养理念及内涵,从明确目标定位、完善课程教学、强化实训环节、重视师资建设、健全实施保障五大维度系统探讨了具体培养策略,为我国高校物流管理专业人才培养改革提供有益参考。
In the process of China's striding forward from quantity to quality for logistics,how to effectively promote application-oriented excellent talents cultivation in logistics management so as to meet the needs of high-quality economic development has become an important task for the construction of logistics management majors in China's colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current situation of logistics management talents cultivation,explains the concept and connotation of the application-oriented excellent talents cultivation,and systematically discusses the concrete cultivating strategies from five dimensions,namely,accurate target positioning,optimized curriculum teaching,complete practical teaching section,enhanced professional teaching force,and adequate implementation guarantee,in order to provide meaningful references for our reform of the logistics management talents cultivation.
