家装石膏固废制备硫酸钙晶须研究综述

摘要 随着人们对家庭装修品质与环保的重视,作为具有优质环保属性的石膏材料应用越来越广泛。装修材料拆装过程中,产生大量的石膏固废,及时有效循环利用不仅能减少环境污染,还可以实现石膏资源的拓展。从家装石膏材料的种类、石膏固废的循环利用研究现状、家装固废制备硫酸钙晶须问题与发展建议等方面,综述家装石膏固废制备硫酸钙晶须的研究现状与可行性。后续研究过程,需要重点关注家装石膏固废分类分级应用、多场耦合与协同开展分选与提纯、循环利用构效与能效关系等方面,为石膏行业的可持续发展提供新的思路。 As people pay attention to the family decoration quality and environmental protection,gypsum material is more and more widely used for its high quality environmental protection property.In the process of disassembly and assembly of decoration materials,a large amount of gypsum solid waste is produced.Timely and effective utilization can not only reduce environmental pollution,but also realize the comprehensive utilization of resources.This paper summarizes the research status and feasibility of preparing calcium sulfate whiskers with gypsum solid waste from the aspects of the types of gypsum materials,the recycling of gypsum solid waste,the problems of the preparation and development suggestions of solid waste.Follow-up research needs to focus on the classification and application of gypsum solid waste,multi-field coupling and collaborative in concentration and purification,and the relationship between recycling structure efficiency and energy efficiency,so as to provide new ideas for the sustainable development of gypsum industry.
