摘要
硫酸钙晶须是一种性能优良,价格低廉的无机晶须,在复合物材料制造中具有广阔的市场和应用前景。目前生产硫酸钙晶须的原料主要以天然石膏为主,而工业副产石膏的性能和天然石膏相差不大,同样可以用来制备硫酸钙晶须,这不仅可以提高资源利用效率,还可以缓解环境污染问题。介绍了硫酸钙晶须的制备方法,并对利用工业废渣为原料制备硫酸钙晶须的现状进行了综述。
Calcium sulfate whisker is an inorganic whisker with excellent property and low price,and there will be broad market foreground for its application in the field of composite.Now i calcium sulfate whiskert was mainly produced by natural gypsum.As the property of industrial by-product gypsum has little different with natural gypsum,we can use industrial by-product gypsum as the raw material to prepare calcium sulfate whisker.And the resource can be used efficiency.Also,the environmental pollution problems can be released at the same time.This paper summarizes the method of calcium sulfate whisker preparation,and reviews the preparation status of calcium sulfate whisker by using the industrial waste residue.
