装配式循环钢支护工作井设计及施工技术研究

摘要 针对非开挖顶管工作井支护结构进行技术研究,以项目需求和市政行业发展为背景,开发装配式循环工作井支护装备,一方面解决传统钢筋混凝土支护工作井工期长对交通影响大、施工完成后不拆除混凝土结构对地下空间占用大的问题;另一方面也为了不断深化探索市政工程预制装配式产业专业性、系统性发展方向。从支护井的设计、施工、应用进行研究论述,以达到安全、快速、可拆除可循环目的,实现装配式循环钢支护工作井新装备在市政工程应用的可行性。 This study focuses on the technical research on the support structure for non excavation top pipe working wells,against the background of project requirements and the development of municipal industry,developed the prefabricated cyclic working well support equipment,to solve the problems of long construction period and significant impact on traffic caused by traditional reinforced concrete support working wells,as well as the problem of occupying large underground space without dismantling the concrete structure after construction is completed;On the other hand,in order to continuously deepen the exploration of the professionalism and systematic development direction of prefabricated assembly industry in municipal engineering.Research and discuss the design,construction,and application of support wells to achieve the goals of safety,speed,dismantling,and recyclability,to realize the feasibility of using new equipment for prefabricated circulating steel support wells in municipal engineering applications.
