摘要
本文研究了逆作法井施工技术的应用,即自顶向下逐层进行井壁施工,最后进行封底的施工方式。逆作法井施工具有安全可靠、施工简便等特点。通过对深圳市光明区木墩河整治工程中顶管工作井的实践,发现逆作法井施工相对于传统沉井施工具有诸多优势,包括能够保持沉井周围土体原状、准确控制洞口标高、洞口加固彻底、施工便利、缩短工期以及不破坏原有管线等。逆作法井施工技术已成功应用于木墩河综合整治工程中,可为后续类似工程提供可行的解决方案。因此,逆作法井施工技术具有较高的推广和应用价值。
This paper studies the application of reverse well construction technology,that is,a wall structure is constructed in the reverse sequence from top to bottom,with the bottom is finally sealed at last.The construction of the reverse shaft has the characteristics of safety,reliability and simple construction.Through the practice of the pipe jacking work well in the regulation project of Mudunhe River in Guangming District of Shenzhen,it is found that the construction of the reverse method has many advantages over the traditional construction of caisson,including keeping the soil around the caisson in its original state,accurately controlling the elevation of the opening,thoroughly strengthening the opening,convenient construction,shortening the construction period and not destroying the original pipeline.The technique of reverse shaft construction has been successfully applied in Mudun River comprehensive regulation project,which can provide a feasible solution for subsequent similar projects.Therefore,the construction technology of reverse method shaft has high popularization and application value.
