摘要
目的探讨计算机辅助设计与制作(CAD/CAM)全瓷冠和Emax CAD全瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后前磨牙的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月于上海市静安区牙病防治所行根管治疗的89例前磨牙患者作为研究对象,根据修复方式的不同分为对照组(n=44)与研究组(n=45)。对照组行CAD/CAM氧化锆全瓷冠修复,研究组行Emax CAD全瓷高嵌体修复,随访1年,比较两组牙周健康指标、前磨牙修复效果、修复满意度。结果研究组边缘密合度、修复体完整性成功率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组外形、颜色匹配、继发龋成功率略高于对照组,但组间比较差异无统计学意义。研究组牙菌斑指数(PLI)、出血指数(BI)均低于对照组,牙周袋探诊深度(PD)浅于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与CAD/CAM氧化锆全瓷冠相比,Emax CAD全瓷高嵌体对根管治疗后前磨牙修复可取得较好的修复效果,可用于临床治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing(CAD/CAM)all-ceramic crown and Emax CAD all-ceramic onlay in the repair of premolars after root canal therapy.Methods 89 patients with premolars who were treated with root canal therapy in Shanghai Jingan Dental Clinic from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into control group(n=44)and study group(n=45)according to the repair methods.The control group was repaired with CAD/CAM all-ceramic crown,and the study group was repaired with Emax CAD all-ceramic onlay.After 1 year of follow-up,the periodontal health indicators,premolar repair effects and repair satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The marginal fit and the success rate of restoration integrity in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the success rate of appearance,color matching and secondary caries in the study group were slightly higher than that in the control group,but there were no significant differences between the two groups.The plaque index(PLI)and bleeding index(BI)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the probing depth(PD)of the periodontal pocket was shallower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with CAD/CAM zirconia all-ceramic crowns,Emax CAD all-ceramic onlay can achieve better repair effects on premolars after root canal therapy and can be used for clinical treatment.
