带式输送机智能型自动检测系统的研究和设计

摘要 针对目前煤矿带式输送机检测覆盖范围小、智能化程度低,存在监测、控制功能不全等问题,基于专家控制系统设计了一种智能型带式输送机自动检测系统,并给出系统的整体设计方案。硬件部分对主分站、传感检测模块、传感器隔离电路进行设计与选型;软件部分对上位机监控系统、下位机控制程序、专家控制系统进行设计与实现。该智能型自动检测系统已投入运行,可实时监控和掌握带式输送机的运行状态,对故障部位和故障原因进行智能预测和识别,实现了带式输送机的远程监测可视化管理,为煤矿带来了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 In response to the current problems of small detection coverage and low intelligence level of coal mine belt conveyors,as well as incomplete monitoring and control functions,an intelligent belt conveyor automatic detection system was designed based on an expert control system,and the overall design scheme of the system was provided.Design and select hardware components for the main substation,sensing detection module,and sensor isolation circuit.The software part designs and implements the upper computer monitoring system,lower computer control program,and expert control system.The intelligent automatic detection system has been put into operation,which can monitor and grasp the operating status of the belt conveyor in real time,intelligently predict and identify the fault location and cause,realize remote monitoring and visual management of the belt conveyor,and bring good economic and social benefits to coal mines.
