摘要
本文详细阐述了矿井皮带易发生的故障以及现有保护装置的系统结构,指出了传统保护装置的滞后性与不稳定性。皮带输送机在保留原有监测项目(如异常电流、电压、温度等变化)的基础上,增加了具有明显特征的异常振动现象监测,并优化设计了软件和硬件的不同方面,提高了皮带保护装置的灵敏性和可靠性。
This paper elaborates on the faults that are prone to occur in mine belts,as well as the system structure of existing protection devices.It points out the hysteresis and instability of traditional protection devices.On the basis of retaining the original monitoring items(such as abnormal current,voltage,temperature changes,etc.),the belt conveyor has added abnormal vibration phenomenon monitoring with obvious characteristics is added,and different aspects of software and hardware are optimized to improve the sensitivity and reliability of belt protection devices.
