“岗课赛证”视域下综合育人模式构建探究——以人工智能技术应用专业为例

摘要 从“岗课赛证”融通的内生动力、育人目标、实施路径三个方面,阐述高职人工智能技术应用专业综合育人研究的必要性。通过梳理人工智能技术应用专业方向的岗位需求、竞赛大类和证书内容,以现有行业企业案例为基础,探索“岗课赛证”的课程体系、实践体系、评价体系的构建路径,以期更好地对接区域产业发展,适应企业需求,培养高素质的技能人才,提高就业质量,实现职业教育提质培优。 This paper expounds the necessity of comprehensive education research in the application of artificial intelligence technology in higher vocational colleges from three aspects:internal driving force,educational goals,and implementation path of integrating"post-curriculum-competition-certificate".By sorting out the job requirements,competition categories,and certificate content in the application of artificial intelligence technology,and based on the cases of existing industry and enterprise,this paper explores the construction path of the curriculum system,practice system,and evaluation system of"post-curriculum-competition-certificate",in order to better connect with regional industrial development,adapt to enterprise needs,cultivate high-quality skilled talents,improve employment quality,and achieve the improvement and optimization of vocational education.
