摘要
职业院校是我国培养社会各界综合类专业人才的重要阵地,职业院校的培育工作应始终与市场发展的实际需求接轨。随着高职产教深入融合、“1+X”证书制度的持续推进,“岗课赛证”融通育人在高职院校被广泛认可,成为当前职业教育综合育人的有效模式。文章首先厘清了高职“岗课赛证”融合育人的逻辑内涵,从系统性、开放性两个维度归纳了“岗课赛证”融通育人的特点,继而剖析了校本课程资源的开发策略,包括健全职业教育课程资源系、推动“岗课赛证”融通教育深入实施,以促进职业教育高质量发展。
Vocational colleges are an important battlefield for cultivating comprehensive professional talents from various sectors of society in China,and the cultivation work of vocational colleges should always be in line with the actual needs of market development.With the deepening integration of higher vocational education and the continuous promotion of the"1+X"certificate system,the integration of"post course competition certificate"is widely recognized in vocational colleges,and the integration of"post course competition certificate"is an effective mode of comprehensive education in current vocational education.The article first clarifies the logical connotation of the integration of vocational education's"post course competition certificate"education,summarizes the characteristics of"post course competition certificate"integration education from two dimensions of systematicity and openness,and then analyzes the development of school-based curriculum resources,including improving the vocational education curriculum resource system,promoting the in-depth implementation of"post course competition certificate"integration education,and promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.
