摘要
随着社会信息化、智能化的飞速发展,新质生产力正逐渐成为推动社会进步的重要引擎,新兴产业和传统产业的快速发展融合,不断改变着当代大学生的就业环境。产业的转型升级,为大学生就业择业提供更加广阔空间的同时,也对高校就业工作提出了新的要求。面对社会需求逐渐向发展新质生产力的方向转变,高校教育工作也需顺应时代需求,向“新”向“质”探索高校就业工作新路径,奋力提升高校就业工作质量,为中国的新质生产力发展提供不竭的人才动力。
With the rapid development of information technologies and smart technologies,new quality productive forces are gradually making up a major powerplant to promote social progress.The quick integration of emerging industries and traditional industries is transforming the employment environment for college graduates.On the one hand,the transformation and upgrading of industries creates more and better employment for college graduates.On the other hand,college administration is thus faced with new challenges and demands,i.e.colleges should come up with new ways to facilitate quality employment of their graduates,so that ceaselessly enough talents can join and push the new quality productive forces forward.
