摘要 壳聚糖是一种生物可降解和生物相容的天然聚合物,在医疗和环境工程等领域有着广泛应用。结合光固化技术,壳聚糖基光敏水凝胶可以开发用于3D打印,利用紫外光快速固化,以形成精确控制的复杂结构。文章描述了光固化3D打印过程中壳聚糖的选择和预处理方法,适当的光敏剂的选择,以及3D打印设备的调整和打印参数的优化,探讨了壳聚糖基光敏水凝胶的物理和化学性质,并通过光谱分析研究其光敏反应。这些研究成果不仅展示了壳聚糖基水凝胶在3D打印中的应用潜力,也为制造个性化医疗设备和先进材料研究开辟了新的可能性。 Chitosan is a biodegradable and biocompatible natural polymer,which is widely used in medical and environmental engineering f ields.Combined with photocuring technology,chitosan-based photosensitive hydrogels can be developed for 3D printing,using UV light to cure quickly to form complex structures with precise control.In this paper,the selection and pretreatment methods of chitosan,the selection of appropriate photosensitizer,the adjustment of 3D printing equipment and the optimization of printing parameters are described.The physical and chemical properties of chitosan-based photosensitive hydrogels are discussed,and their photosensitive reactions are studied by spectral analysis.These research results not only demonstrate the application potential of chitosan-based hydrogels in 3D printing,but also open up new possibilities for manufacturing personalized medical devices and advanced materials research.
