摘要 碳化硅(SiC)颗粒对提高层状结构陶瓷材料的性能的有重要作用.通过研究SiC颗粒含量和粒径对浆料流变性能的影响,分析其作用机理.结果表明:当颗粒粒径为0.5μm时,随颗粒含量的增加,浆料的粘度先略有降低后略有升高,在SiCwSiCp=31时浆料粘度相对较低.当增强体配比为SiCwSiCp=31时,颗粒粒径由0.5μm增加到40μm时,浆料的粘度随粒径的增大而降低. Silicon carbide( SiC) particles played an important role in improving the properties of laminated structural ceramics materials. Effects of SiC particle content and size on slurry viscosity were investigated,and the mechanisms were studied. The results indicated that the slurry viscosity less decreased and then increased with increasing particle content,as the size of SiC particles remained to 0. 5 μm. When the ratio of reinforcements was changed to SiCw SiCp = 3 1,the slurry viscosity was relatively lower. When the size of SiC particles changed from 0. 5 μm to 40 μm by fixing the SiCw SiCp = 3 1,the slurry viscosity decreased with increasing particles size.
