砂带抛光工艺参数对TC17表面粗糙度的影响规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 在航空发动机整体叶盘、叶片加工工艺中,常采用砂带抛光方法去除铣削残留高度和表面缺陷,其中抛光工艺参数对加工表面粗糙度具有显著影响。针对航空发动机整体叶盘、叶片用TC17钛合金材料,基于正交试验研究了砂带抛光工艺参数对表面粗糙度的影响规律。试验结果表明:砂带抛光得到的钛合金材料表面粗糙度均在Ra 0.2μm以下;高目数氧化铝砂带抛光后的表面粗糙度更小,在特定加工参数下表面粗糙度能够达到Ra 0.1μm;分别使用低目数和高目数氧化铝砂带进行抛光时,砂带线速度对抛光表面粗糙度的影响规律相同,而砂带进给速度和下压量对表面粗糙度的影响规律不同。在本文研究工作的基础上,推荐采用200目砂带抛光TC17钛合金材料,工艺参数域为Vc[17m/s, 19m/s],ap[0.2mm, 0.4mm],Vp[60mm/min, 180mm/min]。 In the machining process chain of aero-engine integral disk and blade,the abrasive belt polishing method is often used to remove the milling residual height and surface defects,and the polishing process parameters have a significant effect on the machining surface roughness.Aiming at the advanced TC17 titanium alloy material used in aero-engine integral disk and blade,based on orthogonal test,the influence rule of abrasive belt polishing process parameters on the surface roughness is studied.The results show that the surface roughness obtained by abrasive belt polishing is less than Ra O.2μm.The surface roughness of alumina sand belt with high mesh number is smaller,and the surface roughness can reach Ra 0.1μm under specific processing parameters.When the low and high mesh alumina belts are used for polishing,the linear velocity of the sand belt have the same effect on the surface roughness,but the feeding velocity and the pressure of the sand belt have different effects on the surface roughness.Based on the research work in this paper,TC17 titanium alloy material is recommended to adopt sand belt with mesh number of 200 for polishing,and the process parameters are V_(c)[17m/s,19m/s],a_(p)[0.2mm,0.4mm],V_(p)[60mm/min,180mm/min].
