摘要
[目的/意义]在大国博弈日趋激烈的国际背景下,梳理归纳美国对外反情报工作体系及其内在本质规律,以期为我国国家安全情报工作及反间谍工作提供针对性建议。[方法/过程]通过文献研究法对美国开源情报资源进行梳理,明确美国对外反情报的概念及其内涵,梳理其对外反情报工作组织架构、运行机制、业务手段、任务目标等,深度挖掘其对外反情报工作机制的底层逻辑,评析其工作优势及缺陷。[结果/结论]鉴于目前美国对外反情报工作逐渐增强的态势,我国应不断完善国家安全情报工作体系、强化反间谍工作、安全保密工作,以避免在美国对外情报攻势中陷入被动。
[Purpose/significance]Under the international background of increasingly fierce game between great powers,this paper summarizes the system of American foreign counterintelligence work and its intrinsic laws,in order to provide targeted suggestions for China’s national security intelligence work and counterespionage work.[Method/process]This paper sorts out the open source intelligence resources of the United States through the literature research method,clarifies the concept and connotation of American foreign counterintelligence,sorts out the organizational structure,operating mechanism,business means,and task objectives of its foreign counterintelligence work,deeply explores the underlying logic of its foreign counterintelligence work mechanism,and evaluates the advantages and defects of its work.[Result/conclusion]In view of the increasing trend of American foreign counterintelligence work,China should constantly improve the system of national security intelligence work,strengthen the counterintelligence work and security and secrecy work,so as to avoid falling into passivity in American foreign intelligence offensive.
