1^(#)炉、3^(#)炉出力不足问题分析研究

摘要 2023年供暖季开始至今已有三个月,在运行期间发现1^(#)炉、3^(#)炉负荷最高仅能维持40~50MW,较往年平均负荷70~80MW相差较大,在不考虑气温、湿度、燃煤特性等因素外,本文主要探究锅炉设备因素对锅炉出力不足的影响。根据现场数据及司炉反馈,为保证锅炉最大出力与炉膛负压状态,目前1^(#)、3^(#)炉引风机已在满负荷状态下运行。由于引风机设备更换不久仍频繁出现此类问题,因此初步判断可能是阻力增大导致。本文通过分析现有DCS数据,探究量化分析烟道阻力变化的方法,找出导致1^(#)、3^(#)锅炉出力不足的原因并提出预防事故的若干措施。 It has been three months since the start of the heating season in 2023,and it is found that the load of 1^(#)furnace and 3^(#)furnace can only maintain 40~50MW at the highest during operation,which is quite different from the average load of 70~80MW in previous years.According to the on-site data and the feedback of the stoker,in order to ensure the maximum output of the boiler and the negative pressure of the furnace,the induced draft fans of the 1^(#)and 3^(#)furnaces have been running at full load.Since such problems still occur frequently shortly after the replacement of induced draft fan equipment,it is initially judged that it may be caused by increased resistance.In this paper,by analyzing the existing DCS data,this paper explores the method of quantitatively analyzing the change of flue resistance,finds out the reasons for the insufficient output of 1^(#)and 3^(#)boilers,and puts forward some measures.
