摘要
为了实现打赢蓝天保卫战的目标,小型燃煤机组也要实现超低排放改造。对目前可能在小型热电机组上应用的烟气脱硝技术的原理、特点、适应性进行了对比分析,提出了小型热电厂脱硝超低排放改造五种技术路线:SCR技术、SNCR+SCR技术、SNCR+臭氧脱硝技术、SCR+臭氧脱硝技术和臭氧脱硝技术,认为未来SCR技术仍然是主流改造技术,SNCR和臭氧脱硝技术可以作为一种辅助技术实现小型燃煤机组的NO_x超低排放。小型热电厂要根据自己的燃煤煤质特点、锅炉结构、现场条件等多种因素,综合分析各技术的适应性和经济性,采用合理的技术路线和技术参数。
In order to achieve the goal of winning the Blue-Sky Defense War,small coal-fired units also need to achieve ultra-low emission transformation.In this paper,the principle,characteristics and adaptability of flue gas denitrification technology which may be used in small thermal power units are compared and analyzed,and the five technical route of denitrification ultra-low emission transformation in small thermal power plants is put forward,which includes SCR、SNCR+SCR、SNCR+OZONE denitrification,SCR+ozone denitrification,ozone denitrification technology.This paper considers that SCR technology will still be the mainstream technology in the future.SNCR and ozone denitrification technology can be used as an auxiliary technology to achieve ultra-low NO_x emission in small thermal power units.Small thermal power plants must comprehensively analyze the adaptability and economy of each technology based on their own characteristics of coal-fired coal quality,boiler structure,site conditions and other factors,and adopt reasonable technical routes and technical parameters.
