摘要
运用语言服务便利度指数方法,测量中国与RCEP其他成员国的语言服务便利度指数,基于2012—2021年的贸易面板数据,运用扩展引力模型分析语言服务便利度对中国与其他RECP成员国双边贸易的影响。结果显示:在RCEP范围内,我国对韩国开展贸易合作的语言服务便利度最高(LSF=0.64),其次是新加坡(LSF=0.62),语言服务便利度最低的国家为文菜(LSF=0.18)。从区域视角看,东盟10国的整体语言服务便利度评级为0.442,属于一般便利水平,显示出该地区在语言服务方面仍有改进空间。实证结果显示,通过控制其他变量不变的情况下,语言服务便利度每提高10%,我国与RCEP各国的双边贸易额相应增长14.902%,服务贸易额相应增长15.119%。由此得出结论,提升语言服务便利度在推动中国与RCEP各国贸易增长方面发挥着显著的正向效应。
This study utilizes the Language Service Facilitation Index(LSFI)to measure the language service facilitation between China and other RCEP countries.Based on trade panel data from 2012 to 2021,the study employs an extended gravity model to analyze the impact of language service facilitation on bilateral trade between China and other RCEP countries.The results show that within the RCEP,China's language service facilitation is highest with South Korea(LSF=0.64),followed by Singapore(LSF=0.62),and the lowest with Brunei(LSF=0.18).From a regional perspective,the overall language service facilitation rating for the ten ASEAN countries is 0.442,indicating a moderate level of facilitation and indicating that there is room for improvement in language services within the region.Empirical results indicate that,holding other variables constant,a 10%increase in language service facilitation leads to a corresponding 14.902%increase in bilateral trade volume and a 15.119%increase in service trade volume between China and RCEP countries.Thus,the study concludes that improving language service facilitation plays a substantial positive effect in promoting trade growth between China and RCEP countries.
