摘要
目的探究在对妇科腔镜患者护理过程中开展快速康复外科理论指导的饮食护理对患者术后恢复以及生活质量的影响。方法在2022年6月至2023年10月厦门大学附属第一医院妇科腔镜患者中选择84例为研究对象,按照Excel表随机排序划分对照组(42例,常规护理支持)和观察组(42例,常规护理+快速康复外科理论指导的饮食护理)。对比两组患者在术后恢复过程中生活质量、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、排便时间以及肠鸣音恢复时间以及营养状态等。结果护理前两组患者生活质量比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分均高于对照组,(P<0.05)。护理前患者营养水平各指标比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组营养水平各指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、排便时间以及肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对妇科腔镜患者护理过程中开展快速康复外科理论指导的饮食护理可以提升患者术后生活质量,加快患者恢复速度,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the impact of dietary care guided by rapid recovery surgery theory on postoperative recovery and quality of life in the nursing process of gynecological laparoscopic patients.Methods A total of 84 patients with gynecologic endoscopy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from June 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group(42 cases,routine nursing support)and observation group(42 cases,routine nursing+dietary nursing guided by rapid rehabilitation surgery theory)according to Excel table.The quality of life,anal exhaust time,getting out of bed activity time,defecation time,bowel sound recovery time and nutritional status of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistical significance in quality of life between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the score of WHOQOL-BREF in the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the nutritional level of patients before nursing(P>0.05),and the nutritional level of observation group was higher than that of control group after nursing(P<0.05).Anal exhaust time,getting out of bed time,defecation time and bowel sound recovery time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementing fast recovery surgical theory guided dietary care in the nursing process of gynecological laparoscopic patients can improve their postoperative quality of life,accelerate their recovery speed,and reduce the incidence of complications.
