摘要
目的探讨对宫腔镜子宫手术患者实施快速康复护理的效果。方法选取本院行宫腔镜子宫手术的患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上实施快速康复护理。比较两组术后疼痛评分、康复指标和并发症发生率。结果术后24h、48h、72h研究组视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组康复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率2.50%,低于对照组的12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理能够减轻宫腔镜子宫手术患者术后疼痛,可促进康复进程,降低并发症发生率,满足患者日益提高的临床护理需求和需要,值得临床借鉴和推广。
Objective To explore the effect of implementing rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing hysteroscopic uterine surgery.Methods Select 80 patients who underwent hysteroscopic uterine surgery in our hospital and divide them into two groups using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received rapid rehabilitation care on the basis of the control group.Compare postoperative pain scores,rehabilitation indicators,and incidence of complications between two groups.Results The VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 24 hours,48 hours,and 72 hours after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The rehabilitation time of the research group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 2.50%,lower than the 12.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing can alleviate postoperative pain in patients undergoing hysteroscopic uterine surgery,promote the recovery process,reduce the incidence of complications,and meet the increasing clinical nursing needs and needs of patients.It is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
