摘要
针对制导火箭弹近炸引信中,由于空间结构和重量的限制无法提供额外的独立屏蔽空间来处理输入电源的注入干扰问题,提出模块化组合构建滤波舱体改进引信电磁兼容性的方法。该方法借鉴模块化组合设计的理念,充分利用现有结构的机械零部件,通过机械结构的巧妙组合实现了输入电源的屏蔽舱体的设计,在此基础上采用浮地和滤波设计,实现了制导火箭弹近炸引信滤波舱体的构建。仿真结果表明,进行模块化组合滤波舱体构建后引信电路上的电场强度最大值由0.244 6 V/m降低到了0.153 7 V/m,电场强度降低了37.16%,同时电场强度最大值也由电路板中心位置转移到了引信壳体内壁。表明模块化组合构建的制导火箭弹近炸引信滤波舱体,在提高引信电磁兼容性能方面效果显著。
In the context of proximity fuzes for guided rocket projectiles,due to the limitations of spatial structure and weight,there is no additional space available to set up an independent shielding space to deal with the injection interference of the input power supply.A method for improving the electromagnetic compatibility of the fuze by modular combination filter housing was proposed.This method draws on the concept of modular combination design,fully utilizes the existing mechanical parts of the structure,and achieves the design of the input power supply shielding housing through the ingenious combination of mechanical structures.On this basis,floating ground and filtering designs were adopted to realize the construction of the filter housing for the proximity fuze of the guided rocket projectile.Simulation results show that after the modular combination filter housing was constructed,the maximum value of the electric field strength on the fuze circuit was reduced from 0.2446 V/m to 0.1537 V/m,a reduction of 37.16%.At the same time,the location of the maximum electric field strength also shifted from the center of the circuit board to the inner wall of the fuze housing.This indicates that the modular combination filter housing for the proximity fuze of the guided rocket projectile has significantly improved the electromagnetic compatibility performance of the fuze.
