摘要
电源的电磁兼容性是系统能否可靠运行的关键性因素[1],日益受到用户和电源设计师的重视。为通过某型新研产品电源的GJB 151B—2013要求,研究了开关电源的电磁兼容技术。采用了PFC+LLC的功率电路拓扑以提升功率因数;在滤波器选型、屏蔽、接地和走线等措施方面,进行了正向设计;结合某产品需求,研制了一款220 V交流输入多路输出的电源样机,改善了CE101、CE102、RE101和RE102等指标,完成了电源整机的单独电磁兼容鉴定,测试验证了设计的有效性。
Power supply electromagntic compatibility(EMC)is the key factor for the reliable operation of the system,and it is increasingly valued by users and power supply designers.In order to pass the GJB 151B—2013 requirements of an new research product power supply,the EMC technology of switching power supply is studied.PFC+LLC power circuit topology is adopted to improve the power factor.In terms of filter selection,shielding,grounding and alignment and other measures,positive design is carried out.Combined with the needs of a certain product,a 220 V AC input multi-output power supply prototype is developed.The indexes of CE101、CE102、RE101 and RE102 are improved,the seperate EMC identification of the power supply machine is completed,and the effectiveness of the design is verified.
