游戏化激励机制在健康管理产品设计中的应用

摘要 本研究旨在探讨并构建一套适用于健康管理产品的游戏化激励机制设计思路与策略框架。本文采用文献研究法,系统梳理并分析了游戏化激励机制的多种实现方式及其理论基础。深入了解了健康管理过程中用户健康行为介入的不同阶段及其特点。基于上述分析,构建了一个以用户健康行为介入阶段为核心的游戏化激励机制设计模型。以游戏化激励机制作为创新手段,在健康管理中展现出巨大潜力。 This study aims to explore and construct a set of design ideas and strategic framework for gamification incentive mechanisms applicable to health management products.Adopting the literature review method,we systematically sorted out and analyzed various implementations of gamification incentive mechanisms and their theoretical foundations.We gained a deep understanding of the different stages and characteristics of user health behavior intervention in the health management process.Based on the above analysis,a gamified incentive mechanism design model is constructed with user health behavior intervention stage as the core.The gamification incentive mechanism as an innovative means shows great potential in health management.
