摘要
韧性作为能够帮助企业在不利情境下生存、恢复甚至反超成长的能力,对企业发展具有重要意义。以CNKI和Web of Science核心合集数据库中关于企业韧性的国内外文献为研究样本,运用CiteSpace软件析出知识图谱进行可视化分析,展现企业韧性领域的基本现状。研究发现:企业韧性受到自组织因素及外部社会因素驱动,二者对企业韧性的形成发挥不同作用;在企业发展的“识别与预判—合作与防御—调整与协同”三阶段中,“微观—中观—宏观”3个层次不断进行“认识—实践—再认识—再实践”的往复迭代,最终生成企业韧性;企业基于不同层面主体生成内部和外部韧性,并带来心理、经济和能力等不同类型的成效,共同作用于企业未来发展。最后,基于现有研究,从企业韧性实践性问题、负面作用和本土化研究三方面提出未来可行的研究思路。研究有助于厘清国内外企业韧性研究现有进展,为未来更深入的研究提供参考。
Resilience is of great significance for the development of enterprises.On the basis of the domestic and foreign literature on enterprise resilience in the core collection database of CNKI and Web of Science as the research sample,this study uses the traditional literature review method and the bibliometric method to analyze the existing research.Starting with the research topic,it systematically compares the development context of domestic and foreign enterprise resilience-related literature,clarifies the key words of literature retrieval,retrieves the academic achievements in relevant databases as the sample data of this paper,and uses CiteSpace software to conduct quantitative analysis and systematic combing of relevant literature at home and abroad,attempting to draw the research progress of the development context and framework logic of existing enterprise resilience research at home and abroad through comparative analysis.Firstly,this paper finds that the current research on the connotation of enterprise resilience at home and abroad mainly starts from the matching perspective and the integration perspective,and clarifies the concept of enterprise resilience as follows:enterprises identify potential risks in the environment,micro-individuals use their resource endowment ability to interact with other stakeholders and generate meso-organizational resilience,and organizations adopt a series of learning mechanisms and development strategies to interact and co-evolve with the external environment to form macro-social resilience.Then,the macro-resilience formed by micro-resilience and meso-resilience contributes to the development of enterprise resilience to better cope with the uncertainty of future risks.Secondly,enterprise resilience is driven by self-organization factors and external social factors.(1)Self-organization factors refer to the factors that exclude the forced drive of external forces and the coordination of various elements within the organization,including the micro-individual level and the meso-
