摘要
在行星齿轮传动中多行星轮的均载系数是非常重要的关键参数。通过建立Romax柔性系统模型,分析系统的相关制造、安装误差和构件的变形等影响因素,提出该系统均载系数的综合控制技术要求,并进行产品研制和测试。通过仿真分析验证均载系数综合控制技术的可行性,并将该技术应用于产品批量生产。
The load sharing coefficient of the multi-planetary gears is a very important key parameter in planetary gear transmission.By establishing the model of Romax flexible system,analyzing the relative manufacturing and installation errors of the system and the deformation of components,the technical requirements of the integrated control of the system were proposed,and the product development and test were carried out.The feasibility of the uniform load sharing control technology was verified by simulation analysis,and the technology was applied in batch production.
