摘要
伪狂犬病毒(PRV)可引发多种动物的伪狂犬病并能感染人类,对畜牧业发展和公共健康构成严重威胁。长期存在的免疫压力促使PRV不断产生变异毒株,给伪狂犬病的防控带来巨大挑战。其中,PRV介导的免疫逃逸是防控困难的重要原因。PRV编码基因在DNA复制、颗粒形成、疾病发展和免疫抑制等方面起关键作用。本文从病毒潜伏感染、先天免疫逃逸和获得性免疫逃逸3个方面,综述PRV劫持或干扰宿主免疫应答反应的研究进展,总结病毒元件与宿主蛋白的相互作用关系,并对PRV介导的内质网应激进行探讨,为进一步揭示PRV致病机制和探索更有效的防治措施提供参考。
Pseudorabies virus(PRV)can cause pseudorabies in various animals and can infect humans,posing a severe threat to livestock development and public health.The constant immune pressure has driven the continuous emergence of PRV variant strains,posing significant challenges to the control of pseudorabies.Among these,PRV-mediated immune evasion is a crucial reason for the difficulty in control.PRV-encoded genes play key roles in DNA replication,particle formation,disease progression,and immune suppression.This article reviews the research progress on how PRV hijacks or interferes with host immune responses from three aspects:latent infection,innate immune evasion,and adaptive immune evasion.It summarizes the interaction relationships between viral elements and host proteins and discusses PRV-mediated endoplasmic reticulum stress,providing a reference for further revealing PRV pathogenic mechanisms and exploring more effective prevention and control measures.
