摘要
信号机是铁路车站信号系统的重要组成部分,尤其是高柱通过信号机设于区间线路,运维过程中伴随路基沉降以及极端天气、工程施工或人为破坏等因素可能引起支柱倾斜造成线路侵限等极大隐患。传统的人工巡视不仅耗费大量人力物力,且精益度和可靠性难以保证。提出一种基于ASP.NET MVC技术搭建的监测系统,通过建立倾角检测模型,在信号机支柱安装倾斜传感器,及时、准确地监测支柱的倾斜角度,并利用数据采集单元进行处理和存储。当支柱倾斜超过预设阈值时,系统将触发报警系统,以便及时采取维修和调整措施,避免信号机支柱倒塌或倒伏,从而提高交通安全性。同时,系统以铁路信号机的生产管理模式和流程为依据,分别设置生产运行监控、智能分析诊断、生产运营管理三个子系统,通过建模、制定标准、搭建平台和关联各设备信息数据,实现实时监测信号机支柱的倾斜数据,对信号机进行数字化、自动化、科学化的全过程、全寿命动态管理,提供可视化界面,及时掌握信号机性能和运行状态,方便人员对倾斜情况进行监测和分析,具备高度可靠性和实时性,能够快速响应并报警,进行预先管控,实现设备动态管理,确保行车安全。
The signal is an important part of the railway station signal system,especially the high column is set in the section line through the signal.During operation and maintenance,the pillar inclination caused by roadbed settlement,extreme weather,engineering construction or man-made destruction may cause great hidden troubles such as encroaching limit line.Traditional manual inspection not only consumes a lot of manpower and material resources,but also is difficult to guarantee precision and reliability.In this paper,a monitoring system based on ASP.NET MVC technology is proposed,and the model of inclination detection is established,a tilt sensor is installed on the pillar of the signal to monitor the tilt angle of the pillar timely and accurately,and the data acquisition unit is used for processing and storage.When the pillar tilt exceeds the preset threshold,the system will trigger the alarm system for taking timely maintenance and adjustment measures to avoid the collapse or lodging of the signal engine pillar,thus improving traffic safety.At the same time,the system is based on the production management model and process of the railway signal.It has three subsystems,namely,production operation monitoring,intelligent analysis and diagnosis,and production operation management.By modeling,establishing standards,building platforms and associating the information data of each equipment,the real-time monitoring of the tilt data of the signal pillar can be realized,which carries out digital,automatic and scientific dynamic management of the whole process and whole life of the signal,provides visual interface,and grasps the performance and running status of the signal in time,it is convenient for people to monitor and analyze the tilting condition,and has high reliability and real-time,can respond and alarm quickly,carry out pre-control,realize dynamic management of equipment,and ensure driving safety.
