倾斜煤层沿空留巷巷旁充填体承载特性及合理宽度研究

摘要 为研究倾斜煤层沿空留巷巷旁充填体承载特性及合理宽度,以黑龙江新铁煤矿左七工作面沿空留巷为背景,采用理论分析的方法,分析矸石动冲及静压作用,明晰了动冲及静压作用影响因素,运用数值模拟软件,分析充填体宽度效应下沿空留巷围岩应力分布及变形特征,揭示了充填体承载特性并确定充填体的合理宽度,最后进行工程应用。研究表明:矸石对巷旁充填体的动冲作用随矸石的质量、采高及煤层倾角增大而增大,随碰撞时间及滑移长度的增加而减小;矸石对巷旁充填体的静压作用随矸石容重、煤层倾角、采高及工作面长度增大而增大;理论计算出巷旁充填体最小宽度为1.36 m;随充填体宽度增加,充填体承载能力及抵抗变形能力逐渐增加,充填体内部形成偏向采空区的“椭圆形弹性核”,最终确定巷旁充填体宽度为2 m。工程应用表明,采用该巷旁充填体参数,沿空留巷围岩变形量较小,满足日常生产需求。 To study the bearing characteristics and rational width of the road-side filling body in gob-side entry retaining in inclined coal seams,taking the gob-side entry retaining at No.7 working face on the left of Xintie Coal Mine in Heilongjiang Province as the background,in terms of the theoretical analysis,we analyzed the dynamic impact and static pressure of gangue,analyzed their influencing factors.The numerical simulation software was also used to analyze the stress distribution and deformation characteristics of wall rocks in retaining roadways along gob with filling in different widths,present the bearing characteristics of the filling,and determine the rational width for engineering application.The results show that the dynamic impact of gangue on roadway side filling increases with the expansion of gangue weight,mining height and coal seam dip angle,and decreases with the extension of collision duration and slip length.The static pressure effect of gangue on roadway side filling increases with the increase of gangue bulk density,coal seam dip angle,mining height and working face length.The minimum width of the roadway side filling is theoretically calculated to be 1.36 m.With the increase of the width of the filling,the bearing capacity and deformation resistance of the filling increases gradually,and the'elliptical elastic core which is inclined towards the goaf is formed inside the filling.Hence,the width of the roadway side filling is determined to be 2 m.The engineering application shows that the deformation of surrounding rocks in retaining roadways along gob is small on the basis of above parameters on roadway side filling,which meets the needs of daily production.
