摘要
目的:观察举肺汤加味联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)阴虚内热证的临床疗效。方法:选取晚期(Ⅲb/Ⅳ期) NSCLC患者76例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各38例。对照组予TP方案化疗,观察组在对照组基础上予举肺汤加味治疗。比较2组近期实体瘤疗效、阴虚内热证评分、毒副反应、氧化应激相关指标。结果:治疗后,观察组近期总有效率为73.68%,高于对照组50.00%(P<0.05)。治疗3周、6周后,观察组阴虚内热证评分较治疗前逐渐降低,且低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胃肠道反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),但观察组血清T-AOC、SOD、GSH-PX水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:举肺汤加味联合化疗治疗晚期NSCLC阴虚内热证患者的近期临床疗效明显,能改善临床症状,降低毒副反应,减轻氧化应激反应损伤。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Jufei Decoction combined with chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)with yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome.Methods:A total of 76 patients with advanced(stageⅢb/Ⅳ)NSCLC were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 38 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received TP regimen chemotherapy,and the observation group received modified Jufei Decoction on the basis of the control group.The short-term curative effects,yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome scores,toxic side reactions,and oxidative stress related indicators were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observationgroup in the short-term was 73.68%,which was higher than that of 50.00% in the control group (P<0.05).After three and six weeks of treatment, the yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome scores in theobservation group gradually decreased when compared with those before treatment,and were lower thanthose in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group waslower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC),superoxide dismutase (SOD), and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) levels in serum in both groups weredecreased when compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), but the T-AOC, SOD, and GSH-PXlevels in serum in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The short-term curative effect of modified Jufei Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatmentof advanced NSCLC patients with yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome is significant, which canimprove clinical symptoms,reduce toxic side reactions,and alleviate oxidative stress response damage.
