摘要
针对校企合作进行软件研发过程中出现的项目干系人之间沟通不畅、项目资料管理混乱、软件缺陷无法跟踪和追溯等诸多问题,文章构建了科学的评价指标,并以该评价指标为依据,建立高效协作式软件生命周期管理平台。该平台可以增强项目干系人之间的高效协作与沟通,软件开发过程中的素材和缺陷都可以进行分类保存,并保持高透明度和可跟踪,实现了软件研发过程的可审计、可跟踪、可验证,确保了软件研发质量,提高了软件研发成功率。
In order to solve the problems such as poor communication among project stakeholders,disordered project data management,and software defects which can not be traced and traced,a scientific evaluation index is constructed.Based on the evaluation index,an efficient collaborative software life cycle management platform is established.Through this platform,this paper can enhance the efficient collaboration and communication between project stakeholders,and keep the material and defects in the software development process classified,transparent and traceable.The process of software development can be audited,traceable,verifiable,to ensure the quality of software development and improve the success rate of software development.
