摘要
目的通过研究花生红衣对小鼠增重和抗氧化效果,为花生红衣在畜禽养殖中深入开发应用提供数据支持。方法在小鼠日粮中分别添加3%生花生红衣(试验Ⅰ组)、5%生花生红衣(试验Ⅱ组)和3%熟花生红衣(试验Ⅲ组)进行饲喂试验,并测定小鼠体质量、平均日增质量和血清与肝脏组织中超氧化物气化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果花生红衣对小鼠体质量和平均日增质量无显著影响(p>0.05);对小鼠血清和肝脏组织中T-SOD和GSH-Px活性与MDA含量具有显著影响。对于T-SOD活性而言,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组小鼠血清中T-SOD活性显著高于对照组和试验Ⅲ组(p<0.05),而试验Ⅲ组小鼠血清T-SOD活性与对照组相比提高2.1%,未达显著水平(p>0.05);试验Ⅱ组肝脏组织中T-SOD活性显著高于试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅲ组和对照组(p<0.05),试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅲ组肝脏组织中T-SOD活性与对照组相比略有提升,但未达显著水平(p>0.05)。对于GSH-Px活性而言,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组小鼠血清中GSH-Px活性显著高于对照组和试验Ⅲ组(p<0.05),而试验Ⅲ组小鼠血清GSH-Px活性与对照组相比提高6.89%,未达显著水平(p>0.05);试验Ⅱ组小鼠肝脏组织中GSH-Px活性显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(p<0.05),但与试验Ⅲ组无显著差异(p>0.05),试验Ⅲ组小鼠肝脏组织中GSH-Px活性与对照组相比显著提高(p<0.05)。对于MDA含量而言,3个试验组小鼠血清和肝脏组织中MDA含量均显著低于对照组小鼠血清中MDA含量(p<0.05)。结论花生红衣对小鼠具有较好的抗氧化效果,生花生红衣的抗氧化效果好于熟花生红衣;5%生花生红衣(试验Ⅱ组)抗氧化效果最佳。故在畜禽养殖中添加5%的生花生红衣为宜。
The experiment aimed to provide data support for the further development and application of peanut red coating in livestock and poultry breeding by studying the weight gain and antioxidant effects of peanut red coating on mice.The feeding experiment was conducted by adding 3%raw peanut red coating(trial group I),5%raw peanut red coating(trial group II)and 3%cooked peanut red coating(trial group III)to the mice diet,and determining the body weight,daily weight gain,and the activities of superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in serum and liver tissues of mice.The results showed that peanut red coating had no significant effects on body weight and daily weight gain(p>0.05).The activity of T-SOD and GSH-Px and the content of MDA in serum and liver of mice were significantly affected.As for T-SOD activity,the T-SOD activity in serum of mice in trial groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that in control group and trial groupⅢ(p<0.05),while the T-SOD activity in serum of mice in trial groupⅢwas increased by 2.1%compared with the control group,which was not significant(p>0.05).The T-SOD activity in liver tissues of trial groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of trial groupsⅠ,Ⅲand the control group(p<0.05),and the T-SOD activity in liver tissues of trial groupsⅠandⅢwas slightly increased compared with the control group,but did not reach a significant level(p>0.05).As for the GSH-Px activity,the serum GSH-Px activity in trial groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that in the control group and trial groupⅢ(p<0.05),while the serum GSH-Px activity in trial groupⅢwas increased by 6.89%compared with the control group(p>0.05).The activity of GSH-Px in liver tissues of trial groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of the control group and trial groupⅠ(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference compared with trial groupⅢ(p>0.05),and the activity of GSH-Px in liver tissues of trial groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of control
