摘要
原花青素是植物中广泛存在的一大类多酚化合物的总称,具有超强的抗氧化能力,是目前国际上公认的清除机体自由基最有效的天然抗氧化剂。已有的体内外试验表明,原花青素在改善机体功能方面具有广阔的应用前景,如能够减少炎症、改善氧化应激、抗癌和调节免疫等。本文就原花青素的化学结构、原料来源、分离提取方法、生物学功能,及其在畜禽生产中的应用现状等进行综述。
Proanthocyanidins are a class of polyphenolic compounds widely existing in plants. They are known for their strong antioxidant activity,and recognized as the most effective natural antioxidants to scavenge free radicals. Numerous in vitro and in vivo studies have demonstrated that proanthocyanidins have potential applications in improving body function,such as reducing inflammation,improving oxidative stress,anti-cancer and regulating immunity. In this paper,the chemical structure,extraction methods,biological function and current application in livestock production of proanthocyanidins were reviewed.
