摘要
目的探讨饮食护理联合个性化健康教育在慢性胃溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法抽取厦门市海沧医院收治的慢性胃溃疡患者200例展开回顾性研究,时间范围选自2023年1月至2023年12月之间,按照抽签法分为对照组(常规护理,n=100)和观察组(饮食护理联合个性化健康教育,n=100)。对比两组心理状态、护理满意度、自护能力以及生活质量评分。结果护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组基础护理、病情指导、健康宣教、饮食干预、心理干预等护理满意度各项评分,护理责任感、健康常识、自我护理技能、自我理念等自护能力评分,躯体功能、心理活动、社会能力、物质生活状态等生活质量评分均较对照组高(均P<0.05)。结论饮食护理联合个性化健康教育在慢性胃溃疡患者中的应用效果显著,缓解患者负性情绪,改善自护能力,提升护理满意度与生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of diet nursing combined with personalized health education in patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 200 patients with chronic gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital were selected for retrospective study.The time range was selected from January 2023 to December 2023.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(routine nursing,n=100)and observation group(diet nursing combined with personalized health education,n=100).The psychological status,nursing satisfaction,self-care ability and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).All scores of nursing satisfaction such as basic nursing care,condition guidance,health education,dietary intervention,psychological intervention,etc,scores of self-care ability such as my sense of responsibility for nursing,general knowledge of health,self-care skills,self-concept,etc,and scores of quality of life such as somatic function,psychological activity,social ability,and material life status of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of diet nursing combined with personalized health education in patients with chronic gastric ulcer has significant effects,alleviating patients'negative emotions,improving self-care ability,enhancing nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
