摘要
目的探讨老年高血压患者的临床护理干预价值。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月入我院接受治疗的老年高血压疾病患者68例,将其分为对照组与研究组,各34例。研究组患者接受加强护理干预,对照组患者接受常规护理,对比两组患者血脂水平、血压水平。结果护理前,三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、收缩压以及舒张压方面对比,研究组与对照组无差异(P>0.05);护理后,研究组三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、收缩压以及舒张压均低于对照组,组间数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压患者加强临床护理干预,能有效巩固治疗效果,降低患者的血脂、血压水平。
Objective To explore the value of clinical nursing intervention for elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 68 elderly hypertensive patients who were admitted to our hospital for treatment from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the study group received intensive nursing intervention,and patients in the control group received routine care.The blood lipid levels and blood pressure levels of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,compared with triacylglycerol,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,there was no difference between the study group and the control group(P>0.05);after nursing,the study group's triacylglycerol,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower than those of the control group,and the data difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening clinical nursing intervention for elderly hypertensive patients can effectively consolidate the therapeutic effect and reduce the blood lipid and blood pressure levels of the patients.
