摘要
目的探讨开窍通络汤治疗恢复期缺血性脑卒中(IS)偏瘫患者的效果。方法106例恢复期IS偏瘫患者随机分为两组,对照组采用肢体康复锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上采用开窍通络汤治疗,比较两组的疗效、神经功能、肢体功能和生活自理能力。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,S-100β、NSE水平均低于对照组,上肢、下肢FMA评分以及BI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论开窍通络汤治疗恢复期IS偏瘫的效果较好,可改善患者的神经功能及肢体功能,提高其生活自理能力。
Objective To explore the effect of Kaiqiao Tongluo decoction in the treatment of patients with convalescent ischemic stroke(IS)hemiplegia.Methods 106 patients with convalescent IS hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with limb rehabilitation exercise,and the observation group was treated with Kaiqiao Tongluo decoction on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,neurological function,limb function and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the levels of S-10oβand NSE were lower than those of the control group,and the FMA scores of upper and lower limbs,and BI score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Kaiqiao Tongluo decoction in the treatment of patients with convalescent IS hemiplegia has good effect,which can improve patients'neurological function and limb function,and improve their self-care ability.
