摘要
某石化公司乙烯裂解炉是乙烯装置的核心装备,裂解炉在生产运行过程中存在排烟温度高和热效率低的问题,文中从换热管腐蚀和积炭、辐射段衬里变薄和辐射段炉管管径较细三方面进行了原因分析。根据分析结果,对裂解炉进行了整体改造,从燃烧器、对流段、辐射段、文丘里流量分配器和炉管内壁表面保护层五方面进行了改造处理,改造后裂解炉的能耗降低了21 kgeo/t乙烯,排烟温度降低了43℃,热效率提升了10.18个百分点,装置的运行周期和处理量都有较大幅度提升,保证了裂解炉在一个较高水平长时间运行。
The ethylene cracker is the core equipment of ethylene plant in Petrochemical Company,and there are problems of high exhaust temperature and low thermal efficiency in the operation of cracking furnace.The reasons are analyzed from three aspects that include the corrosion and carbon accumulation of heat exchanger tubes,the thinning of lining in radiation section and smaller tube diameter in radiation section.Based on the results of analysis,the cracking furnace is modified as a whole.The process modification has been carried out from five aspects including combustor,convection section,radiation section,venturi flow distributor and the treatment of protective layer on the inner wall of the furnace tube.The energy consumption is reduced by 21 kgeo/t ethylene,the flue gas temperature is reduced by 43℃and the thermal efficiency is increased by 10.18 percentage points.The operation period and processing capacity of device have been greatly increased to make sure that the cracking furnace has been operated at a high level for a long time.
