摘要
目的:探讨中药热奄包联合穴位药棒按摩护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者的影响。方法:选取2023年1—12月遵义市道真自治县中医医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予中药热奄包联合穴位药棒按摩护理。比较两组患者临床疗效,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)及生活质量评分。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);护理后,两组VAS评分低于护理前,JOA评分高于护理前,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组生理领域、心理领域、社会领域、环境领域评分均高于护理前,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药热奄包联合穴位药棒按摩护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者中应用效果显著,可缓解患者疼痛,改善腰椎功能,提高生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Reyanbao combined with acupoint medicine stick massage on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of ninety patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Zunyi Daozhen Autonomous County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,forty-five cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given Reyanbao combined with acupoint medicine stick massage on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese orthopaedic association evaluation treatment(JOA)and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);after nursing,VAS score of the two groups was lower than before nursing,JOA score was higher than before nursing,the study group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores in physiological,psychological,social and environmental fields of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine Reyanbao combined with acupoint medicine stick massage nursing is effective in patients with lumbar disc herniation,which can relieve the pain of patients,improve the function of lumbar spine and improve the quality of life.
