摘要
以纤维素酶为辅助酶,采用酶辅助水蒸气蒸馏法提取柚皮精油,对提取工艺进行优化,并进一步测定柚皮精油的抗氧化活性。实验结果显示,当酶解时间为2 h、温度为40℃且酶添加量为0.5%时,柚皮精油的提取率达到最大值(1.89%);当桔皮精油质量分数为10%时,对羟自由基及1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基的清除率分别达到98.31%与47.27%,该精油可在食品、化妆品、保健品等领域得到较好的应用。
The study employed cellulase as an auxiliary enzyme for the enzymatic-assisted steam distillation of pomelo peel to extract the essential oil.Furthermore,optimization of the extraction process was conducted to evaluate the antioxidant activities of the obtained pomelo peel essential oil.Experimental findings revealed that a hydrolysis time of 2 hours,a temperature of 40℃,and an enzyme addition amount of 0.5%resulted in a maximum extraction rate of pomelo peel essential oil at 1.89%.Additionally,when the mass fraction of pomelo peel essential oil was 10%,the scavenging rates for hydroxyl free radicals and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical 2,2-diphenyl-1-(2,4,6-trinitrophenyl)hydrazyl(DHHP)free radicals reached 98.31%and 47.27%,respectively.Consequently,this essential oil exhibits potential applications in various fields such as food industry,cosmetics production,and healthcare products.
