基于食用菌栽培种植专利技术的创新态势分析

Analysis of Innovation Trends Based on Patent Technologies for Edible Fungus Cultivation and Planting

摘要 为研究食用菌栽培种植领域全球专利技术发展趋势、技术布局、研究重点和区域分布,揭示食用菌栽培种植专利技术创新态势,借助incoPat科技创新情报平台数据分析工具对2000—2023年全球食用菌栽培种植专利技术发展态势进行归纳分析。结果表明:2000—2023年全球食用菌栽培种植专利申请量整体上处于快速发展趋势;A01G1/04、C05G1/002个专利类别发展最快,菇房种植装备、灌溉喷水、菌棒/菌包、病虫害防治等是专利技术布局的重点领域;中国是该领域专利申请量最多的国家,占比高达59%,其次是日本、韩国;排名前20位的专利权人中,中国企业占13家、中国科研机构占3家、中国高校占1家、外国企业占3家。深入分析表明,提高产量、经济效益、提高效率、注重质量、降低生产成本、改善种植结构是近年来食用菌栽培种植领域专利技术研究的热点。结合专利分析结果,笔者提出如下发展建议:加强技术研发,推进产业纵深发展;加强产学研融合,促进科技成果转化;调整专利技术布局,培育高价值专利,这为我国在食用菌栽培种植领域专利技术合理布局和研究发展方向提供一定的参考借鉴。 In order to study the global patent technology development trend,technology layout,research focus,and regional distribution in the field of edible mushroom cultivation and planting,and to reveal the development trend of edible mushroom cultivation and planting patent technology,this article used the incoPat technology innovation intelligence platform data analysis tool to summarized and analyzed the global development trend of edible mushroom cultivation and planting patent technology from 2000 to 2023.The results showed that the global number of patent applications for edible mushroom cultivation and cultivation from 2000 to 2023 was generally in a rapid development trend.A01G1/04 and C05G1/00 were the two patent categories with the fastest development.Mushroom planting equipment,irrigation water spraying,mushroom sticks/bags,and pest control were key areas of patent technology layout.China had the highest number of patent applications in this field,accounting for 59%,followed by Japan and South Korea.Among the top 20 patent holders,there was 13 Chinese enterprises,3 Chinese research institutions,1 Chinese university,and only 3 foreign enterprises.In depth analysis showed that increasing yield,economic benefits,efficiency,quality,reducing production costs,and improving planting structure had been hot research topics in the field of edible mushroom cultivation and planting in recent years.Finally,based on the results of patent analysis,it was proposed to strengthen technological research and development and promote in-depth industrial development,Strengthen the integration of industry,academia,and researched to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,adjust the layout of patent technology and cultivate high-value patents.This provides certain reference and guidance for the rational layout and research development direction of patent technology in the field of edible mushroom cultivation and planting in China.
