教育数字化战略背景下在线课程的建设及其评价

摘要 在线课程的建设成果和高效应用使学习者体会到了随时随地学习的便捷性,展现了教育信息化和数字化的魅力。作为教育数字化战略行动的重要内容,在线课程建设对于全面提升广大师生的信息素养,推动我国全面实现教育现代化、建设教育强国意义重大。为探索在线课程如何真正达到高质量的教学效果,该文从在线课程建设的总体要求、常见的核心评价指标和否决性指标,以及一门优质在线课程所包含的核心要素几个方面进行了简单梳理。 The construction achievements and efficient application of online courses have enabled learners to ex⁃perience the convenience of learning anytime and anywhere,showing the charm of educational informatization and digitization.As an important part of the strategic action of educational digitization,the construction of online courses is of great significance for comprehensively improving the information competency of teachers and stu⁃dents,promoting the comprehensive realization of educational modernization in China,and building a leading country in education.In order to explore how online courses can truly achieve high-quality teaching results,this paper briefly sorts out the overall requirements for the construction of online courses,common core evaluation in⁃dicators and veto indicators,as well as the core elements of a high-quality online course.
