摘要
随着新业态的快速发展,职业院校和企业作为人才供需的两端,均面临转型升级的挑战。文章旨在探索产教融合育人模式,以满足社会对电商直播等新兴领域人才的迫切需求。通过深入调研当前教育现状,分析产教融合育人过程中存在的主要困境,并提出解决路径。文章选取与区域经济发展紧密相关的汽车销售和维修行业作为案例,探讨通过校企合作构建校企双师工作站、开发与市场需求相匹配的课程体系、组织学生产业实践等措施,实现产教融合的具体实践。
With the rapid development of new business models,vocational colleges and enterprises,as the two ends of talent supply and demand,are facing the challenge of transformation and upgrading.The article aims to explore the integrated education model of industry and education to meet the urgent demand for talents in emerging fields such as e-commerce live streaming in society.By conducting in-depth research on the current state of education,analyzing the main challenges in the process of integrating industry and education,and proposing solutions.The article selects the automobile sales and maintenance industry,which is closely related to regional economic development,as a case study to explore the specific practice of integrating industry and education through measures such as building a school enterprise dual teacher workstation through school enterprise cooperation,developing a curriculum system that matches market demand,and organizing student industry practice.
