摘要
随着数字经济的不断发展,水利工程传统的招投标管理模式显现出诸多不足与缺陷,因此需要积极探索新的管理方法与途径。从构建招投标管理网络平台以及智能化评标等角度着手,积极探讨数字化管理,对现有的招投标管理措施进行不断优化与创新,提高水利工程招投标管理绩效。
With the continuous development of digital economy,the traditional bidding management mode of water conservancy project has shown many shortcomings and deficiencies,so it is necessary to actively explore new management methods and ways.Starting from the perspectives of building a bidding management network platform and intelligent bidding evaluation,the author explores the role of digital management to continuous optimization and innovation of the existing bidding management measures,to improve the efficiency of bidding management of water conservancy project,and to lay solid foundation for promoting the all-round development of water conservancy projects.
