摘要
目的分析2018—2022年南充市高坪区居民的死亡水平及死因分布,为制定疾病预防控制措施提供依据。方法在中国疾病预防控制信息系统-人口死亡信息登记管理系统导出南充市高坪区户籍、死亡时间2018年1月1日至2022年12月31日的死亡报告卡。使用Excel整理数据,对居民的死亡率、主要死因及减寿情况进行描述性分析。采用SPSS 17.0软件进行χ_(趋势)^(2)检验,检验水准α=0.05。结果2018—2022年南充市高坪区居民粗死亡率呈上升趋势,年均粗死亡率为746.93/10万,标化死亡率为488.47/10万。在分年龄组首位死因中,0~4岁组为围生期疾病,5~44岁组为损伤中毒,45~64岁组为恶性肿瘤,≥65岁组为脑血管病。死因顺位前5位依次为恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、呼吸系统疾病、心脏病和损伤中毒,占全死因的87.48%。寿命损失前5位依次为恶性肿瘤、损伤中毒、脑血管病、心脏病和呼吸系统疾病,占全死因寿命损失的79.96%。结论影响南充市高坪区居民健康的主要因素为以恶性肿瘤、脑血管病为主的慢性非传染性疾病,应在当地建立全社会共同参与的慢性病综合防控机制。
Objective To analyze the mortality level and causes of death distribution of residents in Gaoping District of Nanchong City from 2018 to 2022,and to provide evidence for the formulating the measures of disease prevention and control.Methods The household registration and death report cards of Gaoping District of Nanchong City from January 1,2018 to December 31,2022 were exported from the China Disease Prevention and Control Information System-Population Death Information Registration Management System.Excel was used to organize the data,and descriptive analysis was conducted on the mortality,main causes of death and life lost.SPSS 17.0 software was used for Chi-square trend test,and the test level wasα=0.05.Results From 2018 to 2022,the crude death rate of residents in Gaoping District of Nanchong showed an upward trend,with an average annual crude death rate of 746.93/105 and the standardized death rate of 488.47/10^(5).The leading cause of death was perinatal disease in 0-4 years old group,injury and poisoning in 5-44 years old group,malignant tumor in 45-64 years old group,and cerebrovascular disease in 65 and above years old group.The top five causes of death were malignant tumor,cerebrovascular disease,respiratory system disease,heart disease,injury and poisoning,those were accounted for 87.48%of all deaths.The top five causes of life lost were malignant tumor,injury and poisoning,cerebrovascular disease,heart disease and respiratory system disease,which accounted for 79.96%of all causes of life lost.Conclusions The main factors affecting the health of residents in Gaoping District of Nanchong were chronic non-communicable diseases,mainly malignant tumors and cerebrovascular diseases.It is necessary to establish a comprehensive prevention and control mechanism for chronic diseases with the participation of the whole society.
