摘要
目的分析2020-2022年寿光市住院伤害病例报告情况,为开展人群伤害防控和制定干预政策提供数据支持。方法收集整理伤害住院信息管理系统内2020-01-01-2022-12-03上报的病例信息,根据国际疾病与卫生相关问题统计分类第10版(ICD-10)疾病分类,对伤害监测病例的人口学特征、临床信息及事件的时间、地点、活动情况及伤害意图、机制等进行描述性流行病学统计分析。结果2020-2022年寿光市因伤害住院病例9670例,报告发生率284.37/10万;男5360例、女4310例,男女比例为1.24∶1;各年龄组均有病例报告,发病率随年龄的增长而升高,≥45岁人群升高明显。伤害部位前3位的是下肢、上肢和头面部;伤害性质主要是骨折、浅表损伤和内部器官损伤;伤害结局以治愈和好转为主。时间分布以7月最多,其次为8月和5月,2月最少,高发时间段分别是10、8和9时;伤害地点主要是公路、街道,住宅和工业或建筑场所;伤害机制以钝器伤、未指明的伤害机制和刺伤/锐器伤为主。结论寿光市住院伤害病例多集中在男性、以≥45岁人群、钝器伤为主,应在做好健康教育工作的同时,加强多部门协作、发挥大数据效能、完善伤害监测体系,对重点人群和重点伤害机制采取针对性预防措施。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of inpatient injury cases in Shouguang city from 2020 to 2022,and provide objective evidence for injury prevention and control and the formulation of intervention policies.Methods The case information reported in the injury inpatient information management system from January 2020 to December 2022 was collected and sorted out.According to the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10th Revision(ICD-10)classification of diseases,the demographic characteristics,clinical information,time,location,activity,the intention and mechanism of the injury surveillance cases were analyzed.Results A total of 9670 hospitalized injury cases were reported in Shouguang city from 2020 to 2022,with a reported incidence of 284.37/100000.There were 5360 males and 4310 females,with a male to female ratio of 1.24:1.Cases have been reported in all age groups,and the incidence of injuries increased with age,especially≥45 years old.The top three body parts of injury were lower limbs,upper limbs and head.The nature of injuries was mainly fracture,superficial injury and visceral injury.The outcome of injury was mainly healing and improving.Injuries occurred most frequently in July,followed by August and May,and the least in February.And the high-risk periods were 10:00,8:00 and 9:00.Occurrence locations were mainly roads/streets,home and architectural place.The top three occurred causes of injury were blunt injury,unspecified injury and puncture/sharp injury.Conclusions The inpatient injury cases in Shouguang city are mainly male,≥45 years old,and blunt injury.Health education should be done well.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen multi-department collaboration,give full play to the effectiveness of big data,improve the injury monitoring system,and take active and effective measures to prevent the occurrence of injuries.
