摘要
目的 :了解居民伤害发生率、伤害发生的类型与原因、分布特征、相关危险因素及其所造成的经济负担等 ,为制定伤害防治策略及措施提供科学依据。方法 :采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法 ,于 2 0 0 2年 8月～ 9月对西宁市城西区 85 4 1名居民进行了伤害调查。结果 :伤害的发生率为 4 .0 7% ,前 5位伤害依次为跌伤 (2 .0 3% )、交通伤 (0 .5 6 % )、碰伤 (0 .4 1% )、刀或锐器伤 (0 .33% )、烧烫伤 (0 .2 7% )。男性伤害发生率为 4 .6 1% ,高于女性伤害发生率 (3.5 5 %。)。结论 :应针对伤害发生的类型及原因采取有效措施 ,减少居民伤害的发生。
Objective: Comprehending the rates of the occrrence that the residents are hutted thetypes and the reasons the hurts happen, their distributed characteristics, relat ive to dangerousFactors and bring the economic: burdens and so on. And providing the scientific basis for drawingup tile tactics and the measures of the previntion and cure. Methods: Using the ways that havethe random sampling in the whole colony in the differeni administrative levels in manystages. Residents of' the area west in ,Xi Ning city have investigated their hur ts on 8-9 2002.Results: The happening rates of hurts are 4.07 per cent; the Fir st five places of the hurts arein proper order: The injuries from falls are 2.0 2 per cent; those From the traffic are 0.56 percent;from the touches are 0.41 per cent;from knives and sharp daggers are 0.33 p er cent; fromburn and scalds are 0. 27 per cent. The happening rates that men are hurted are 4.61 per cent,which is higher than women. (3.55 per cent). Conclusions:The ty pes and the reasons that aredirected against the happening hurts should take effective meaJures. Reducing th e happening of'the residents' hurts.
