摘要
石蜡领域分析技术需求快速、高通量、在线检测、化学特异性和最小样品制备的分析方法。收集具有代表性的全精炼石蜡、半精炼石蜡、粗石蜡等样品,样品牌号覆盖常见的52^(#)~64^(#),建立样品集。基于色谱方法分析样品集石蜡碳数分布组成信息和标准方法测定样品集石蜡熔点、针入度和含油量物性信息,应用XGBOOST算法作为化学计量学方法,建立石蜡熔点、针入度和含油量物性的预测模型。色谱法测定石蜡熔点、针入度和含油量,具备环境和人员友好、检测快速的优点。
Fast,high-throughput,on-line detection,chemical specificity,and minimal sample preparation of analysis technics in the paraffin wax field are required.In this paper,representative sample were collected,and sample set was established,which included fully refined paraffin,semi-refined paraffin and crude paraffin,and the sample number covered the common 52~#~64~#,and a sample set was established.Based on the analysis of the carbon distribution information of paraffin wax by chromatography and the determination of melting point,needle penetration and oil content of paraffin wax by standard method,XGBOOST algorithm was used as a stoichiometric method to establish the prediction model of melting point,penetration and oil content.The chromatographic method for determining melting point,needle penetration and oil content of paraffin wax has the advantages of friendly environment and personnel and fast detection.
